Based on raw soy sauce, Hokkaido kelp and Hidaka kelp soup stock is used to make the soy sauce lighter in color. The deep flavor of kelp and the rich aroma of Hidaka kelp soup stock give the ingredients a mellow taste. 11% salt, 25% less salt than regular soy sauce. Comes in a sealed bottle (450 ml) that does not allow air to enter, and maintains the color and flavor of soy sauce for 90 days after opening at room temperature.
