For each producing country, a coffee appraiser conducts a TPA test for each harvest, and it is a testimony of coffee beans meeting Ogawa Coffee's own criteria. The TPA test is a taste test conducted at the time of initial harvest (Type Sample), shipping (Pre-Shipment Sample), and arrival in Japan (Actual Sample).
