The rich taste of domestic duck, the dashi stock of dried bonito and mackerel, and the soy sauce are combined to faithfully reproduce the sweet and rich taste of the restaurant.
It is one of the discerning items with an elegant taste. By changing the dilution ratio, you can enjoy authentic duck soba with or without duck by changing the dilution ratio to 3 times for duck seiro and 6 times for kamo nanban.
